Hosting Set Up

I've got bits of information about me scattered around the web, most of it owned by companies. This little corner, I own.

Here's my set-up...

  • Static files are served by Nginx.
  • Movable Type (Open Source) is the blogging platform
  • Apache serves the Movable Type application CGI's (proxied through Nginx)
  • MySQL is the persistence layer for Movable Type
  • I got a cheap, virtual server from Tektonic with everything except Nginx pre-installed. Win!
Now I just need some great content... hit refresh tomorrow and see if I got inspired.
